CES has a minimum charge of 28 days for delivery and rental & service for new accounts or projects (one complete billing cycle). The full minimum invoice amount will be invoiced from the unit set or start date through 28 days of rental & service. The second period billing , and subsequent invoices, will coincide with CES’ regular billing dates. The second invoice for this location or project may be less that the regular amount depending upon how many days are included in the invoice period. After the minimum charge has been satisfied, charges may be pro-rated according to the actual pick-up or end of service date.
