Grease Traps
Most Health Departments require regular pumping and cleaning of grease traps restuerants and public kitchens in order to maintain their permit to operate. CES offers this service and will be glad to set up regular service intervals too comply with your local regualtory authority. CES will provide you with the neccesary documents for proof of service and proof of legal disposal as required by law.
